  • Oversee and manage structural works and all-trades (TCE) construction.
  • Draw up the project’s management schedule.
  • Track material consumption and manage workforce and equipment.
  • Ensure works are carried out to the CPS (technical specifications) and on schedule.
  • Coordinate the different work packages and manage subcontractors.
  • Lead site meetings.
  • Check and validate payment statements before they are submitted.
  • Ensure compliance with the quality plan (PAQ) and the health, safety and environment plan (PHSE).

Profile

  • Education: Civil engineer.
  • Experience: at least 3 years in a similar role in building construction.
